2　Prefabrication Production for CRTSⅢ Pre-tensioning Track Slab

2.1　Requirement for the Basic Structure of Prefabrication Yard

The basic structure of pre-tensioning prestressed track slab yard includes production area，auxiliary function area，office area and living area.The production area mainly consists of concrete batching plant，boiler room，track slab prefabrication area，rebar processing area，anchor sealing area，water curing pool，outdoor storage yard for finished track slab；the auxiliary function area consists of test room，transformer，spare generator room，etc.

The size of the prefabrication yard is related to the task load undertaken as well as the planned project duration，for example，one track slab prefabrication yard is designed with capacity 30000 pieces of track slabs for 15 months for Zhengzhou-Xuzhou passenger dedicated railway；according to quantitative proportion of standard track slab type（5600mm，4925mm and 4856mm）and nonstandard track slab type required by design，the production workshop should be equipped with 80～104 sets production formworks for CRTSⅢ ballastless track slabs，the formworks shall be arranged in 4×2 matrix，and integrally tensioned longitudinally and transversely.To calculate as per 25 days/month，the production capacity for track slab is 2000 pieces/month，accordingly，one set of 150m3/h concrete batching plant shall be shall be equipped，6～10 formwork pedestals shall be equipped in the production workshop，and 2 indoor water curing pools shall be equipped（300 pieces of track slabs can be cured at the same time）.The whole prefabrication yard for track slab occupies about 100000 square meters；refer to Figure 5 for the layout drawing of the production area.
