Foreword

The Zhengzhou-Xuzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway which is being constructed enormously adopts CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track technology,the track slab of this structure is pre-tensioning two-way prestress concrete track slab,after fine adjustment and positioning on construction site,the self-compacting concrete will be poured all at once to form even and continuous integrated reinforcement concrete ballast bed.The self-compacting concrete structural layer will be formed by connecting the steel bar of self-compacting concrete with the door-type steel bar extruded from the bottom bed plate,the isolated layer and limit groove elastic layer shall be arranged on the lower concrete base,with the base adopting unit structure and corresponding with the upper track slab.

This book falls into six chapters,the CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track construction technology is introduced and explained detailedly as per working procedure,which includes structure design of ballastless track,prefabrication production of pre-tensioning track slab,construction of base and limit groove,construction of isolated layer and elastic layer,track slab laying and fine adjustment,and the construction of self-compacting concrete structural layer,etc.The key points are emphatically explained like construction technique,resource allocation and quality control.

The technical standard,design and construction method,technical essential and quality control mentioned in the book are all gradually innovated,enriched and improved from the construction of Shenyang-Dandong,Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan,Wuhan intercity dedicated passenger railway and Zhengzhou-Xuzhou passenger dedicated railways,therefore,they represent the highest level of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track construction technology so far.

It must be noted that the CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track technology is being constantly developed and improved,its structure design and construction technique are also being innovated and improved,like the water curing preceding anchor sealing process for track slab prefabrication,and the shape and position design of limit groove of the base are still to be optimized,therefore,different railway engineerings may vary in structure and construction techniques.This book introduces and discusses in detail the construction technology of CRTSⅢ slab ballastless track,in combination with the structural style of ballastless track for Zhengzhou-Xuzhou passenger dedicated railway;this book also introduces the advanced construction technology of ballastless track from other passenger dedicated railways.
